Very nice Stay! Everything Was PERFECT!!!

The location was superb! The staff provided really good service with great attention. I received a fantastic room upgrade upon arrival. The rooftop bar and pool had fine views, especially at sunset! Jamal, the concierge, was cute and helped us plan meals and trips! I recommend this place!
The music from the rooftop was a bit loud. It vibrated the rooms, especially late at night, so earplugs are essential if you want to sleep before 1 AM. The ground floor suites are a bit dark!

Acceptable Hotel with Some Issues

I had a Beautiful Junior Suite. It felt spacious. The staff were very accommodating. They made sure I was always comfortable. The service and food were of amazing quality!!!
The concierge team ruined my trip. I booked a taxi through them. I felt tricked into paying nearly 5 times the actual price by the concierge. The receptionist at the Pearl spa lacked knowledge. I did not feel it was worth the money!!!

Some problems during stay
loud music slow service
The rooftop music was pretty loud. It made it hard to sleep before midnight, even from my room. Staff was slow with service and often forgot my orders at breakfast. It seemed like they weren't paying enough attention to the guests. Those small issues really soured my experience.

Excellent Stay and Service
circular structure convenient location excellent service
I really enjoyed the architecture of the circular building (it has an open atrium). The location is convenient for seeing local attractions. The team, especially Hassan and Youssef at Reception, provided service beyond my expectations.

A Stay That Hit the Mark
fresh fruit attentive staff
I found the room very clean, and housekeeping visited twice daily. The fresh fruit was a lovely touch, and I appreciated the prompt restocking of water. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. They were helpful when I needed directions. The turn-down service was timely. It prepared the room perfectly for a restful night.
I noticed some wear on the furniture, specifically a stain on the chair. This detracted slightly from the overall impression of the otherwise well kept room.

The spa offers various treatments, I saw a steam room plus multiple massage rooms. The rooftop pool area has sufficient loungers. I liked the shaded sections. The fitness center included three treadmills and two stationary bikes for the guest.

The hotel is near many shops and restaurants. I walked there easily. A taxi stand is conveniently located just outside the main entrance of the premises. I found that the central location provided easy access to the area attractions.
